RETURN POLICY

If you purchase an item from NFID and are unhappy with it for any reason, within the first 30 days of your purchase, you may return your item with a receipt or proof of purchase for a refund. Items must be returned in unused condition. Used items cannot be returned. If you do not have proof of purchase, at NFID’s discretion you may be offered an exchange or an NFID Gift Card at the current or last-known price. Domestic returns are free. Please contact us for a shipping label.

EXCHANGE POLICY

To exchange an item purchased from NFID.com, please email support@nfid.com and include the following information:

1.) Your order number -or- full name and address used to make your order
2.) Which item(s) you wish to exchange
3.) What you would like to exchange the item(s) for
4.) Why you would like to exchange them

 

LIABILITY

It is the liability of USPS once it leaves our hands, and then the customer's to make sure there is a safe and secure place to have your items delivered.

 

SHIPPING CHARGES

Shipping charges are determined by your merchandise total, the speed of delivery, and the destination. Refer to the rates at your checkout. Free regular domestic shipping.

DELIVERY TIME

Delivery time depends on the speed of delivery you select when you place an order. Once the package leaves our warehouse, it is the responsibility of the shipping provider and the customer to have the package arrive safely. We will not be responsible for stolen packages as long as the shipping provider GPS scans the package as arrived.

Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays within the U.S.

IF YOU PLACE YOUR ORDER AFTER 5:00PM ET, ADD ONE BUSINESS DAY TO YOUR DELIVERY TIME.

For example, an order placed on Monday before 5:00PM ET for Overnight delivery will arrive within 1-2 business days - either Tuesday or Wednesday. The same order placed after 5:00PM ET will arrive within 2-3 business days - either Wednesday or Thursday.

SHOPPING CART

When you are shopping online at NFID and add an item to your Cart, it is saved in your Shopping Cart. The Shopping Cart holds products you wish to purchase while you shop. Items you place in your Shopping Cart will remain there until they are purchased or removed. Options in the Shopping Cart include:

Review your order. This ensures the accuracy of items in your Shopping Cart and the quantity selected.

Update the quantity. To do this, simply type in the quantity you wish to purchase and click "Update Cart."

Remove an item from your Shopping Cart. To remove an item, click on "Remove" or change the quantity to zero and click "Update Cart."

Return to shopping. If you wish to continue shopping, you can use the Shopping Cart to store items you wish to purchase. Click on "Continue Shopping" to search the site for additional items. At any time during your shopping experience, you can return to your Shopping Cart by clicking on "Shopping Cart."

Proceed to secure Checkout. When you are ready to purchase your item(s), click on "Checkout". Our checkout process is fast, easy and secure.
