Shipping charges are determined by your merchandise total, the speed of delivery, and the destination. Refer to the charts below to determine your shipping charge.
Delivery time depends on the speed of delivery you select when you place an order. Refer to the charts below to determine the shipping method and delivery window that best suit your needs.
Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays within the U.S.
IF YOU PLACE YOUR ORDER AFTER 5:00PM ET, ADD ONE BUSINESS DAY TO YOUR DELIVERY TIME.
For example, an order placed on Monday before 5:00PM ET for Overnight delivery will arrive within 1-2 business days - either Tuesday or Wednesday. The same order placed after 5:00PM ET will arrive within 2-3 business days - either Wednesday or Thursday.
If you purchase an item from NFID and are unhappy with it for any reason, within the first 90 days of your purchase, you may return your item with a receipt or proof of purchase for a refund. Items must be returned in unused condition. Used items cannot be returned. If you do not have proof of purchase, at NFID’s discretion you may be offered an exchange or an NFID Gift Card at the current or last-known price.
To return an item purchased from NFID.com for a refund, simply log in to your account or enter the Customer PO number and ZIP code (found at the top of your packing slip) to begin the return process below. For all International returns, please contact customer service.

When you are shopping online at NFID and add an item to your Cart, it is saved in your Shopping Cart. The Shopping Cart holds products you wish to purchase while you shop. Items you place in your Shopping Cart will remain there until they are purchased or removed. Options in the Shopping Cart include:
Review your order. This ensures the accuracy of items in your Shopping Cart and the quantity selected.
Update the quantity. To do this, simply type in the quantity you wish to purchase and click "Update Cart."
Remove an item from your Shopping Cart. To remove an item, click on "Remove" or change the quantity to zero and click "Update Cart."
Return to shopping. If you wish to continue shopping, you can use the Shopping Cart to store items you wish to purchase. Click on "Continue Shopping" to search the site for additional items. At any time during your shopping experience, you can return to your Shopping Cart by clicking on "Shopping Cart."
Proceed to secure Checkout. When you are ready to purchase your item(s), click on "Checkout". Our checkout process is fast, easy and secure.
REDEEMING PROMOTION & DISCOUNT CODES
STEPS FOR REDEEMING A PROMOTION OR DISCOUNT CODE
In the Shopping Cart page enter the code exactly as it appears, in the box under "Promo Code".
Codes are case sensitive.
If your discount qualifies, it will be displayed in the payment summary.
10% promotional codes are one time use only. Only one Promotional Discount code per order will be accepted. Promotion codes can not be combined, redeemed for cash, or used to purchase Sale Items, Gift Cards, Donations, tax/tariffs, or for shipping upgrades.
State laws require that we charge applicable sales tax on orders shipped to addresses in Alabama, California, Colorado, Connecticut, District of Columbia, Florida, Georgia, Hawaii, Idaho, Illinois, Indiana, Kentucky, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, Michigan, Minnesota, Mississippi, New Jersey, New York, North Carolina, North Dakota, Ohio, Oklahoma, Oregon, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, South Carolina, South Dakota, Tennessee, Texas, Vermont, Virginia, Washington, Wisconsin, and Wyoming. We also charge applicable sales tax and duties on all orders shipped to Canada.
We do not charge sales tax on the purchase of Gift Cards; however, items paid for with Gift Cards will be taxed if shipped to addresses in the states mentioned above. If you are sending an order in by mail, please add the applicable sales tax to your subtotal (after Shipping & Handling) if you are shipping to Alabama, California, Colorado, Connecticut, District of Columbia, Florida, Georgia, Hawaii, Idaho, Illinois, Indiana, Kentucky, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, Michigan, Minnesota, Mississippi, New Jersey, New York, North Carolina, North Dakota, Ohio, Oklahoma, Oregon, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, South Carolina, South Dakota, Tennessee, Texas, Vermont, Virginia, Washington, Wisconsin, and Wyoming.

Order Confirmation. This is confirmation of your order placed on 8/10/10. Your order number is xxxxxxx. When your order has shipped, you will receive another e-mail from NFID containing shipment details, including a tracking number. Please keep this e-mail for your records.
Ship Confirmation. We are notifying you that the following item(s) have shipped from order xxxxxxx. If there are remaining items in your order that were not shipped at this time, you will receive a similar shipment confirmation e-mail when they ship.

We will cover the liability of purchases made through this web site only if the unauthorized use of your credit card resulted through no fault of your own. If your bank holds you responsible for fraudulent charges, we will cover your liability up to $50.00.
